Shipping Information

We can only ship plants within Canada, if a plant order is placed with a shipping address outside of Canada it will be cancelled and refunded. Seeds and other dry goods can be shipped internationally by request.

Please check local weather forecasts prior to placing a order, plants don't do well with prolonged exposure to cold or heat, we are not responsible for cold or heat damage. We are happy to delay shipping until it is safe to do so.

All plant are shipped bare root unless otherwise stated. These plants are generally specialty, please read up on care prior to receiving them to ensure success.

We have a flat shipping rate of $25 for BC, AB, SK, and MB. 30$ for the rest of Canada. A plant order above 200$ qualifies for free shipping! All plants are shipped via Xpress Post thru Canada Post.

Canada wide seed shipping is 3$

Shipping schedule:

We ship order once a week on either Monday or Tuesday, if an order is placed over the weekend it may not be shipped til the following Monday a week later

Live arrival guarantee:

All plants have a live arrival guarantee unless otherwise stated. If a plant arrives in unhealthy condition please take pictures and get in contact with us immediately, Facebook or Instagram are best. 

Some plants are more sensitive than others and could arrive with a dropped or discoloured leaf, once potted, the plant will regrow soon. We are not responsible for heat or cold damage.
